Privacy Policy for Powder Coat Puzzle

Powder Coat Puzzle (“the App”) is operated by Demetrio Amodio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use Powder Coat Puzzle, why it is used, and what choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Powder Coat Puzzle does not require you to create an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, or payment information in order to play.
Certain technical and usage information may be processed automatically through third-party services used by the App.
2. Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices and platform settings, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
- IP address;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- device or app identifiers;
- advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
- advertisements viewed and interactions with advertisements;
- app interactions;
- device and application information;
- diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention and improving advertising services.
3. Game and Analytics Data
The App uses PostHog to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay. Analytics events may include:
- app launches and sessions;
- jobs started and completed;
- job completion times;
- gameplay progress;
- quality scores and stars earned;
- coins earned and spent;
- workshop upgrades;
- advertising events;
- general app performance and error information.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information to PostHog. Analytics may use a pseudonymous or anonymous identifier to distinguish app installations or sessions.
4. Local Game Data
Some game information is stored locally on your device, including:
- completed jobs;
- scores and stars;
- coins;
- workshop upgrades;
- sound and haptic settings;
- game progress.
This data is used to save your progress and generally remains on your device until you reset the game data or delete the App.
5. How We Use Information
Information processed through the App may be used to:
- provide and operate the game;
- save gameplay progress;
- display advertisements;
- measure advertising performance;
- prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
- understand how players use the game;
- improve gameplay and balancing;
- identify technical problems;
- monitor application stability and performance.
6. Advertising and Consent
Powder Coat Puzzle uses Google AdMob. Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent.
Depending on your location and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise limited. Refusing consent does not prevent you from playing Powder Coat Puzzle.
Rewarded advertisements are optional and provide an additional in-game benefit when the player chooses to watch them.
7. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform
Used for advertising, consent management, advertising measurement, fraud prevention and advertising-related analytics.
Google’s processing of information is governed by its own privacy terms.
PostHog
Used for product analytics, gameplay analytics, progression analysis, session measurement, and technical/performance analysis.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying information.
Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the App, including Google for advertising and consent management, and PostHog for analytics.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our users, or our legal rights.
9. Data Retention
Local game progress remains on your device until it is reset or the App is removed. Analytics and advertising information may be retained by our service providers for periods necessary to provide their services, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.
Where advertising consent controls are available in the App, you may use them to review or update your advertising privacy choices.

12. Children’s Privacy
Powder Coat Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a way that requires parental consent under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict that information.
13. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate legal and contractual safeguards may be used for international transfers of personal data.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, advertising or analytics providers, data practices, or applicable requirements change. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
